Jake has extensive knowledge of the required procedures to provide a bank approved appraisal and has recreated the process utilizing AI, taking it from 3-4 hours to complete down to just 15 minutes. Growth Development Jake and Jordan are using the seed funding from DGB to prepare for their official launch of AIVRE, which has seen a growth in pilot users of 144% from the end of Q1. The appraisal industry is ripe for disruption, having not seen any change in the process since the 80’s. Since 2018, the US appraisal industry has seen an annual increase of 2.5% per IBISWorld. With the need for more appraisals to be completed, AIVRE’s ability to complete reports 82% faster is poised for adoption across the residential appraisal industry.
